Detail drawings visually convey the design intent, this will include furniture plans, as well as specific design details that a vendor will need for fabrication of each piece of FF&E. An example would be to illustrate the design of custom casegoods for a hospitality project to ensure suitablility of use in that particluar environment.
Furniture plans are used to visually portray the furniture placement in a layout. Depending on the complexity of a project, the FF&E layouts can include data and electrical information.
FF&E Layouts allow the furniture to be labelled and coded per area, which will reference the pieces back to a FF&E schedule as well as the applicable specification sheets.
